As a young adult, I fully bought into a quite elitist dream of success and corporate fame, and the dream took me to “corporate America.”

I was good at playing that game; just after 30, I had a six-figure salary running a $100 million sales department for the coolest IT company at the time and a team of 65 people.

Most people would say that I’d made it.

Except that I had become cynical, numb, and behind the brave face, my heart was crying.

In the autumn of 2006, the burnout hit hard, and my marriage was close to breaking. That was the start of my inner journey.

I went deep into the art of coaching and the ancient wisdom traditions to begin my journey to healing.

Over the last 18 years, I’ve transformed my life, slowly stepping into presence, purpose, and power. My wife and I are in our 22nd year, and after years of ups and downs, we’ve developed a deep connection and a vibrant relationship.

I left corporate 8 years ago and have built a new, meaningful career as a leadership consultant and executive coach. Most of my work involves executive coaching and supporting leadership teams in evolving team dynamics and getting clarity on their unique value-add to their organisations.

I do this by taking a human-centric approach, exploring the deep motivations and fears that drive behaviour.

That’s what brought me to men’s work. I’ve met so many "successful" but deeply unfulfilled men who carry on in silence. Realising they’re not alone has alleviated their pain, and opened their inner door to soul work.

I want to help more men step into a new, vibrant chapter of life, as it's critical for the wellbeing of society to nurture mature men guided by presence, purpose and power.
